When you choose a Fred F. Collis & Sons gas service plan, you know that you have someone you can trust to keep your unit running safely and efficiently. You can depend on us to handle any emergency problems – especially at night, weekends, and holidays.

Our precision tune up allows our technicians to pick up many common issues before they become an emergency – saving you time and money. Using the latest technology and tools, we can provide you with the best service possible.

For your convenience, we offer three different gas service plans – EPA, GOLD and PLATINUM. You’ll be able to select the plan that best suits your needs. Our gas service plans all include a tune-up, safety check and reduced (EPA and GOLD)** or free (PLATINUM)** repairs. You’ll know that your unit is safe, and if you need any repairs you’ll get priority service from our trusted technicians. Our plans include:

EPA

  • Complete cleaning and inspection of your heating system and/or cooling system
  • 15% discount on any repairs needed*
  • $40 dispatch fee for emergency calls for covered equipment ($39 savings)
  • No additional overtime charges on night, weekend or holiday calls
  • Priority on emergency service calls

GOLD
  • Complete cleaning and inspection of your heating and/or cooling system
  • NO dispatch fee for emergency calls for covered equipment ($79 savings)
  • 25% discount on any repairs needed
  • 25% discount on any filters, humidifier service and other accessories
  • No additional overtime charges on night, weekend or holiday calls
  • Priority on emergency service calls

PLATINUM
  • Complete cleaning and inspection of your heating system and/or cooling system
  • No dispatch fee for emergency calls for covered equipment ($79 savings)
  • NO CHARGE for most repairs (up to $1000 per year)*
  • 25% discount on any filters, humidifier service and other accessories
  • Priority on emergency service calls
  • 5% discount on new furnace, boiler or air conditioning installation

For the Platinum plan we will determine if your unit has any defects during the initial tune-up. Any repairs needed at the initial tune-up will be done at a 25% discount from our normal price. Platinum parts coverage begins one month after the initial tune-up.
Any alterations, additions, adjustments or repairs made by others, unless authorized and agreed upon by Fred F. Collis & Sons, will terminate our obligation under this service plan.
Repairs necessitated by fire, floods, acts of God, or the improper use of equipment will be the sole responsibility of the owner and are not covered under this service plan.
Repairs not covered include heat exchanger, compressor or thermostat replacement.
Low voltage control wiring between indoor and outdoor units, between the furnace (boiler) and thermostat and line voltage wiring inside the units is not covered. Not included are external power wiring and circuit breakers.
Ductwork, structural supports or other sheet metal is not covered under this service plan.
Water piping steam piping and radiation are not included.
Water heater coverage (if purchased) covers only the parts of the heater, not the tank.
Air filters, UV lights, humidifier pads, etc. are considered maintenance items and not repairs.
