Our service person came out to take a look at our gas fireplace. He quickly replaced the parts that were still under warranty and had it running in no time. Then we had a quick chat about needing to get our A/C serviced and he was able to do that right on the spot. He was quick, friendly and honest. I will only use Collis for our heating and cooling services.

My Furnace stopped working Christmas Day and I was able to get a Service technician to come out the next day which was a Sunday and not being a Customer. The service technician was able to get my Furnace running, which is 40 years old with parts on the truck. He did a Excellent job Upgrading the controlling relay to a newer model relay. Although the prices are a bit higher than competitors, the quality of service of Collis&Sons is superb! Michael, the sales representative was very professional and very thorough in his explanations of work that would be done. The installation team (Kerry, Bill, and William) were awesome. They were very meticulous and good-hearted. Collis&Sons really delivered on what they promised.

The crew was very knowledgeable as well as kind, respectful, and considerate. They did a really great job installing insulation and with everything else they did at my home. They cleaned after and put my fall decorations back where they were. I couldn’t commend them enough as they were really a great crew and I am very satisfied with the work done.

We have used Collis for a few installations now because of their professionalism and attention to detail. Installers are fantastic and will go above and beyond a basic install, they even fixed an issue with an outdated piece of equipment at no cost.
