The health and safety of our customers and employees has always been, and will continue to be, our top priority.
At this time of uncertainty, the Collis Family is here to assure you that, as always, we are here for you and are committed to your family’s health and safety. We understand that there will still be a need for emergency services, as well as an increased focus on the improvement of your indoor air quality as your family spends an extended amount of time within the safety of your home.
As such, we will continue to be here to serve you. Fred F. Collis will remain open, and our team is closely monitoring and following guidance from the CDC and WHO in order to keep both our customers and employees protected. Here are some of the additional steps we’re currently taking:
1. We are closely monitoring the health of our employees to ensure that our team remains healthy. Any employees showing symptoms will not be allowed to come to work, and will be given the time they need to fully recover before being allowed back to work.
2. We will be taking additional steps before every appointment, reaching out to homeowners to ensure that both our customers and our own employees are not putting themselves at additional health risks during the course of work.
3. We have increased our already rigorous protocol regarding personal safety, with new sanitization processes in our vehicles, at our offices, and before, during, and after each job.
4. The vast majority of work that we do takes place outside of your normal living spaces, in attics, unfinished basements, crawlspaces, and outdoors. We are happy to work further with homeowners on creative solutions to minimize, if not completely eliminate, our presence in your home.
If you have any questions or are in need of an emergency service, please call us at 315-768-2323.
