Fred F. Collis & Sons is pleased to offer free home energy assessments, also known as a home energy audit, to our customers. These assessments are conducted by a fully trained, BPI certified energy advisor. With our state-of-the-art gear, we can identify, isolate, and diagnose any energy efficiency issues your home may be experiencing. In many cases, our customers qualify for us to make home energy upgrades, such as installing door sweep and providing LED light bulbs, at no cost to you during this home energy assessment / home energy audit. In fact, thanks to the EmPower+ program, many Collis customers have even qualified to receive FREE insulation as a result of their home energy assessment / energy audit with our team.

Give us a call to schedule your free home energy assessment / energy audit and we’ll come out to perform a comprehensive analysis of your home that helps to pinpoint reasons for high energy use, health, safety, and comfort issues. Once we identify your home’s efficiency gaps, we’ll sit down with you and discuss the available options to remedy the problem areas, so we can help you make an informed decision. We’ll also walk you through any savings / incentive programs you may qualify for that are available through the state, manufacturers, and utility companies. During this free service, our BPI-certified energy auditors will test and evaluate your home’s energy usage by completing infrared scans and utilizing state of the art diagnostic equipment to identify problem areas. Our team will then provide a formal, detailed report of our findings. Our focus is on improving your comfort while helping you save on your utility bills!
